Practice Administrator, Mikki Studley,
has worked for Evergreen Dental Associates since 1996. Mikki is responsible for HR, IT and Accounts Receivable, in addition to her role as manager. Her 23 years of exceptional customer service and common sense provide an atmosphere of trust and affection with patients and team members. A strong, positive attitude and focus on team goals help Evergreen maintain its high standards of patient care. Those standards start the moment you walk in the door and receive the welcoming smile from one of our highly trained Administrative Assistants. Mikki lives with her family in Randolph.

As a team, the great interaction begins when we pick up the phone and continues throughout the entire visit. We also provide support for the following services: 
- Insurance Questions
- Billing Questions
- Scheduling Dental Appointments
- Miscellaneous Clerical Duties
Behind the scenes, we are actively following up with outstanding insurance claims (making sure the patients receive the most for their benefits), providing reminders for scheduled appointments, reviewing accounts regularly to make sure that patients are not overdue for their continuing care and updating our technical skills to provide our patients the best possible care. We love working with the rest of the team to live out our mission statement.

Evergreen Dental Clinical Assistants consist of eight dedicated and motivated team members, bringing a total of 50 years of dental experience to our team.
Along with providing assistance to the doctors in the following areas, we maintain high standards in infection control:
- Crowns and bridges
- Fillings (including white and silver)
- Complete and partial dentures
- Root canals
- Extractions
- New patient exams
In addition to assisting the doctors, we also excel in the following areas:
- Scheduling appointments
- Taking impressions
- Constructing temporary crowns
- Bleaching trays, sports guards, night guards and snore guards
- Providing computerized patient education
- Discussing treatment options to patients
All of our Clinical Assistants are licensed in dental radiography.

Our hygiene department consists of eight hygienists with a combined work experience of 50 years in general dentistry and ten years in Periodontics. Three of our hygienists also carry a license to administer local anesthesia.
Our team provides services for patients of all ages. These services include prophylaxis, clinical exams, fluoride treatment, pit and fissure sealants, oral cancer screening, hygiene homecare instructions, deep scaling, root planning, x-rays, athletic mouth guards, night guards and cosmetic bleaching.
We enjoy working in a professional, modern, efficient and pleasant atmosphere.
